Yeah, I know--screen shots, your moniter size and all that stuff--but I am trying to make it readable too----I will attempt to incorporate your question in the comments that I make as we go along. (Eventually, I will add a spreadsheet that you can download.)

A general cost center would look like this

Administrative costs must be calculated. Use this approach and then spread them over the various cost centers based on a percentage. Return to the opening screen.
